The conference will be held at the Ramada Jerusalem Hotel, located near the entrance to the city on the main road leading to all sections of Jerusalem. You will be able to make your reservations after you have confirmation of your Conference registration.
The hotel is near the Israel Museum, Bible Lands Museum, Science Museum, Jewish National and University Library and its archives, the Israeli Parliament and other places of interest. The City-pass Light Railway system is a 5-minute walk and offers trains to downtown and the Old City.
The hotel is Glatt Kosher. It offers a high level of comfort and service with spacious public facilities including swimming pool and 650 rooms and suites.
The hotel has two wings: Royal Hotel (3 stars) and Ramada Hotel (4 stars).
All rooms have cable TV, central air/heat with individual controls and a safe. Most rooms include a mini-refrigerator and a small balcony.
All rooms in the Conference block offer free WiFi.
Executive rooms include access to the executive lounge, in-room tea service, and free WiFi.
Ramada Hotel guests receive free entrance to the hotel's Health Club.
The Organizing Committee has reserved a block of rooms at the discounted conference rate, including free WiFi, which will be available from 2-12 July 2015, when reserved via our website which is through Ortra Ltd.

Rates are per room per night and include Israeli buffet breakfast, WiFi, service charge and all taxes.
Important note for Saturday arrivals: Jerusalem hotel policy for Saturday check-in time is two hours after Shabbat (about 10pm or 2200). The Organizing Committee will do its best to advance this hour on individual basis.
The following rates are applicable from 2-12 July 2015.
A $10 discount per night will be given for minimum 7 nights reservations

Enhanced Cancellation/ Refund Option
For an additional registration fee of $50 per registrant, you can choose an enhanced cancellation/refund option, allowing you to cancel your registration for any reason up to 12 noon Israel time (GMT +2) on July 1, 2015, and receive a full refund of your registration fee and accommodation payments (excluding optional items). If you choose this option, the additional $50 fee is non-refundable and must be paid within 7 days from the date of registration and no later than June 6, 2015. Note that even under this enhanced cancellation/refund option, you will need to give written notification of cancellation to: Ortra Ltd., at firstname.lastname@example.org by 12 noon Israel time (GMT +2) on July 1, 2015, in order to be eligible for the refund. To choose this option, place a check next to this option on the registration form and the $50 fee will be added to your total charges.
Accommodation and Tourist Services Terms and Conditions
A two-night deposit on your room and full payment of all tourist services is required upon booking.
Balance of room reservation will be charged four weeks prior to your arrival.
Payments will be refunded according to the cancellation policy.
To facilitate processing payments, clearly state for all payments your name and conference reservation number.
Online booking and credit card payments are made on a secure server.

2. Bank Transfer

Cancellation and Reductions
Refund of accommodation and other tourist services payments will be made if written notification of cancellation is received by Ortra Ltd. as follows:
• Cancellation of booking/nights received 40 days prior to arrival: Full refund less USD $30 handling fee
• Cancellation of booking/nights received 30 days prior to arrival: One night charge less USD $30 handling fee
• Cancellation of booking/nights received less than 30 days prior to arrival: No refund
• No-Show: 100% of the full accommodation booked will be charged
