The Group Registration procedure will be valid for a group with a minimum of 10 delegates.

TERMS OF PAYMENT
Symposium Registration Terms of Payment

Registration fees will be charged by Ortra Ltd. upon receipt of the registration form.
Payments will be refunded according to the cancellation policy.

Payments can be made by one of the following options:
- Bank draft in USD to ORTRA Ltd.
- Wire transfer in USD to ORTRA Ltd, Bank Leumi, branch no. 616, 9 Hashlosha ST., Tel Aviv,
Israel. Account no. 95100/90, Swift code: LUMIILITTLV, , IBAN : IL68 0106 1600 0000 9510 090.
- Credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Diners) in USD. 
All bank charges should be covered by the sender.
Online registration and payment by credit card are made on a secure server.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Symposium Registration Cancellation Policy
Refund on registration fees payments will be made if written notification of cancellation is received by Ortra Ltd., Symposium Secretariat, as follows:
Cancellation received within 14 days from the date of registration (unless registration was made during the 7 days prior to the symposium) – full refund
Cancellation received before January 15, 2014 – Full refund less $30 handling fee
Cancellation received from January 15, 2014 until February 15, 2014 – 50% refund and 30$ handling fee
Cancellation received from February 15, 2014 – no refund
