For accommodation during the Symposium as well as to take advantage of our pre and/or post tours, we suggest a few hotels of different ratings in Tel Aviv, offering special prices for symposium participants:

* Price for Superior room at the Marina Hotel guarantee of minimum 3 nights reservation

Important notes:

* Rates are per room, per night, including buffet breakfast

* At time of registration you will be charged a deposit for 2 nights stay at the hotel of your choice. 2 weeks before your arrival date you will be charged the balance due for the total nights reserved.

* Official check-in time for hotels is 3:00 PM and check-out is 12:00 noon.

* Prices do not include VAT and may change depending on the applicable VAT laws. Tourists are exempted from VAT on all above rates. Israelis (including foreign residents not holding a tourist visa stamp) will be charged 18% VAT.

TERMS OF PAYMENT
Accommodation Terms of Payment
Two nights deposit will be charged by Ortra Ltd upon receipt of your “Registration Form”.
The rest of the Accommodation & Tourist Services reservation balance will be charged two weeks prior to your arrival.
Payments will be refunded according to the cancellation policy.
If paying by bank transfer or bank cheque, you must pay the entire amount due in full.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Accommodation Cancellation Policy
Refund of payments made for tourist services reservations will be refunded if written notification reaches Ortra Ltd, the Symposium Secretariat as follows:
• Cancellation received until February 2nd, 2014 -Full refund less $ 30 handling fee.
• Cancellation received between February 3rd 2014- February 16th 2014- Full refund less 1 night charge and $ 30 handling fee.
• Cancellation received on or after February 17th 2014– No refund.
