Conference Registration Payment Terms
Registration fees will be charged by Ortra Ltd. upon receipt of the registration form.
Payments will be refunded according to the cancellation policy.

Visa and MasterCard will be accepted for payment in $.
Visa, MasterCard, Diners and American Express will be accepted for payment in NIS.

Conference Registration Cancellation Policy
Refund of payments made towards registration will be refunded if written notification reaches the Conference Secretariat, Ortra Ltd. as follows:
Cancellation 14 days or less form the day of registration (unless registration was made during the 7 days prior to the symposium) - Full refund
Cancellation after 14 days from the day of registration - Full refund with deduction of 150$ handling fee
Cancellation 28 days or less prior to the conference - No refund
