Uploading posters to the virtual platform
To update your abstract, to be displayed on the virtual platform, please enter the link HERE.
Please follow the instruction to complete the missing details.
Preparing Materials
- Poster file recommended aspect ratio is 16:9 vertical (portrait) in JPG/PNG format. It is recommended to prepare the poster as a PowerPoint presentation (16:9 vertical) and save as JPG/PNG format.
- A short video, up to 2 minutes, presenting your poster, can be added. Please upload the recorded video to YouTube or Vimeo and share the link in the submission form on the relevant field.
Deadline for uploading poster and video link – June 14, 2021

Poster session during the symposium
Please read important guidelines for running your session in the platform below:
Poster presenters are requested to open their camera during the poster session and be available for questions and clarifications from the participant.
During the poster session, please enter the Posters area via the “Posters” button on the main home page.
Search for your poster in the Search bar and click to enter your poster area. In this area you will see your poster abstract, poster file (click to expand), video link to pre-recorded poster presentation and live chat wall.
You can either chat with participants via the live chat wall within your poster area or you can go live with your camera together with participants by clicking on the camera icon on the top right corner of the screen (marked in red below). To turn off your camera please click on the same icon.
