TERMS OF PAYMENT
Conference Registration Terms of Payment
Registration fees will be charged by Ortra Ltd. upon receipt of the registration form.
Payments will be refunded according to the cancellation policy.
Conference Accommodation Terms of Payment
one night deposit will be charged by Ortra Ltd upon receipt of your “Registration Form”.
The rest of the Accommodation & Tourist Services reservation balance will be charged two weeks prior to your arrival.
Payments will be refunded according to the cancellation policy.
CONFERENCE REGISTRATION CANCELLATION POLICY
Refund on registration fees payments will be made if written notification of cancellation is received by Ortra Ltd., Conference Secretariat, as follows:
- Cancellation received within 14 days from the date of registration (unless registration was made during the 7 days prior to the symposium) – full refund
- Cancellation received before February 3, 2014 – Full refund less $30 handling fee
- Cancellation received from February 4, 2014 until March 3 , 2014 – 50% refund and 30$ handling fee
- Cancellation received from March 4 2014 - no refund
ACCOMMODATION CANCELLATION POLICY
Refund of payments made towards tourist services reservations will be refunded if written notification reaches Ortra Ltd, the Symposium Secretariat as follows:
- Cancellation received until February 14, 2014 -Full refund less $ 30 handling fee.
- Cancellation received between February 15, 2014- February 28, 2014- Full refund less 1 night charge and $ 30 handling fee.
- Cancellation received on or after March 1, 2014– No refund.
