Registration Terms of Payment
Please complete the Registration Form and send it together with your payment to the Conference Secretariat.
Payments can be made by bank check or bank transfer to:

Personal checks are not accepted!
Please note that all bank charges should be on the account of the sender (payer).
Registration fees will be charged upon receipt of registration forms.
Early registration fees will be valid for payments received by the Secretariat by 26 February 2009.
Registration Cancellation Policy
Refund of registration fees will be made if written notification of cancellation is received at the
Conference Secretariat as follows:
Until 3 April 2009 - Full refund less US$ 75 handling fee.
Between 4 - 25 April 2009 - 50% refund.
From 26 April 2009 - No refund.
