  • Fees do not include participation in the Welcome Reception, nor in the Gala Dinner
  • Student registration fees:
    Student registration fees do not include participation in the Gala Dinner and are subject to receipt of letter from the institute confirming full-time student status.

  • Please complete the Registration Form and send it together with your payment to the Conference Secretariat.
         Payments can be made by bank check or bank transfer to: Ortra Ltd.: Bank Hapoalim (swift code POALILIT),
         Branch no. 780, 45 Yitzhak Sade Street, Tel-Aviv, Israel, Account no. 142-472330,
         IBAN: IL58-0127-8000-0000-0472-330 or by credit card (Visa/MasterCard/Diners/American Express only).
  • Personal checks are not accepted!
  • Please note that all bank charges should be on the account of the sender (payer).
  • Registration fees will be charged upon receipt of registration forms.
  • Early registration fees will be valid for payments received by the Secretariat by 26 February 2009.
  • Registration Cancellation Policy
    Refund of registration fees will be made if written notification of cancellation is received at the
    Conference Secretariat as follows:

  • Until 3 April 2009 -                             Full refund less US$ 75 handling fee.
  • Between 4 - 25 April 2009 -             50% refund.
  • From 26 April 2009 -                         No refund.
