Accommodation Cancellation Policy
Refund of payments made towards accommodation and/or tourist services will be refunded if written notification reaches the Conference Secretariat, Ortra Ltd. at physics@ortra.com as follows:
• Cancellation received until April 23rd 2018– Full refund with deduction of 100 NIS handling fee
• Cancellation received from April 24th 2018 – 50% refund
• Cancellation received from May 13th 2018 – No refund
