All rates specified are per room, per night, on Bed and Breakfast basis. All rates include services charges.

Check in time is 15.00 and check out 11.00, most hotels offer guests the option of storing their luggage before checking in or after checking out.

Accommodation Cancellation Policy
Refund will be made if written notification of cancellation reaches the Symposium Secretariat by email at pcc@ortra.com as follows:
- Cancellation received until June 1, 2022 – Full refund less US$ 30 handling fee
- Cancellation received between June 2, 2022 – June 15, 2022 – 50% Refund
- Cancellation received from June 16, 2022, and no-show – no refund on reservation.
*If the Conference will be cancelled or changed to virtual format due to COVID restrictions in Israel, a full refund will be made.
