Rates are per room, per night, on Bed and Breakfast basis.

 

**** Kindly note there will be no shuttle service between the different hotels and the ISNN venue.

  Bank charges are the responsibility of the participant and should be paid at source in addition to the registration fees.

Accommodation & Tourism Services Terms of Payment

A two night deposit will be charged by Ortra Ltd upon receipt of your registration form. 
Balance for accommodation & tourism services reservations will be charged four weeks prior to arrival.                   Refund will be according to the cancellation policy  (see below).                                                                                        If paying via bank transfer or cheque, the entire amount is to be sent in full at time of booking                                                                           

Accommodation Cancellation Policy

Refund will be made if written notification of cancellation is received by Ortra Ltd. as follows:

• Cancellation received until March 20th, 2016 – Full refund less $100  handling fee
• Cancellation received between March 21th, 2016 - May 4th, 2016 - 50% Refund
• Cancellation received from May 5th, 2016 - No refund

Cancellation Insurance

For an additional fee of $50 per registrant, you can choose an enhanced cancellation/refund option, allowing you to cancel your accommodation reservation for any reason up to 12 noon Israel time (GMT +2) on May 8th, 2016 and receive a full refund of your accommodation payments (excluding optional items).  If you choose this option, the additional $50 fee is non-refundable and must be paid within 7 days from the date of reservation and no later than April 1st, 2016.  Note that even under this enhanced cancellation/refund option, you will need to give written notification of cancellation to: Ortra Ltd., at isnn@ortra.com by 12 noon Israel time (GMT +2) on May 8th, 2016 in order to be eligible for the refund. To choose this option, place a check next to this option on the registration form and the $50 fee will be added to your total charges.
