We extend an invitation to all participants from around the world to participate in FICE 2019 in Tel Aviv.
Please note that all visitors to Israel must hold a passport that is valid for at least six months beyond the date they enter the Country.
Individuals from countries which require an entry visa to Israel should contact the Israeli Embassy/Consulate in their home country to obtain a visa. For a list of Israeli offices abroad and for more information about Israeli visa requirements, please refer to the Israel Ministry of Foreign Affairs website.
Personal invitations will be supplied by the Conference Secretariat, upon request, to participants from countries that require an entry visa to Israel. All requests for personal invitations should be sent on the official letterhead of the applicants' company/organization to fice@ortra.com.
We welcome participation of participants from around the world including those from countries without diplomatic relations with Israel. Interested participants from such countries should notify the Conference Secretariat a minimum of three months prior to the conference, and should include their full name, date and place of birth, passport number, date of issue and expiry, date of arrival and flight details in their application letter. In handling the visa applications, the Conference Secretariat will be in contact with the Israeli authorities and do its best to arrange for an entry visa prior the participant's arrival.
Important note for tourists continuing from Israel on to Arab countries (except Egypt and Jordan):
It is recommended that you request that an Israeli stamp not appear on your passport. You must notify the passport control officer of your request before your documents are stamped.
Note: Passport and visa requirements may change on short notice. Travelers are advised to check entry requirements with the Israeli Embassy/Consulate or with their travel agent prior to departure.
