Depart Jerusalem after breakfast to the Judean Desert and the Dead Sea - the lowest point on earth. View the Qumran site where the Dead Sea scrolls were discovered. Then continue to Masada, a rugged natural fortress of majestic beauty and history - where you will ascend by cable car to the top of the mountain. Masada became a famous landmark after the first Jewish-Roman war when a siege of the fortress by troops of the Roman Empire led to a mass suicide of the site's Jewish Sicarii fugitives when defeat became imminent.
Continue south along the Dead Sea to the delightful Le Meridien Dead Sea hotel (or similar) Pool & Spa. The “Ma’ayan” Spa is one of the up-to-date in the region and features a heated Dead Sea water pool, rich in minerals, sulfur pools, modern Jacuzzi, dry Finnish sauna, hydrotherapy and comfortable, well equipped personal treatment rooms, in a tranquil, relaxed atmosphere, where we will enjoy a relaxing swimming pools & swimming in the Dead Sea. Biblically, it was a place of refuge for King David and was one of the world's first health resorts for Herod the Great.
Lunch will be served at the hotel.
Return to Jerusalem in the afternoon.

Departing Jerusalem and enjoying on the way a panoramic view of Jericho, the oldest city in the world. After driving up the Jordan Valley road to reach the Galilee, you will enjoy the unique experience of a boat ride on the Sea of Galilee followed by a traditional St Peter's fish lunch.
We will then visit Tabgha, the traditional site of the miracle of multiplication of the loaves and fishes in Christianity, and Kfar Nachum (Capernaum), the town reported to have been the home of Jesus. Enjoy a panoramic view of the Sea of Galilee along the way and the Mount of Beatitudes. Wine tasting in a local winery (if time permits).
Enjoy dinner at the hotel and check in.

Spend the morning in Nazareth, where you will visit the Church of Annunciation, St Joseph's carpentry and the Arab market.
Lunch will be en route to Caesarea, the ancient Roman Capital and port. Built by Herod and dedicated to the Roman Emperor, Caesar, it had every luxury to be found in a Roman city. The magnificent theatre, well preserved by the sea sand, has been restored and is in use throughout summer. Above the port are the remains of the Roman temple.
We will start heading up to Tel Aviv in the end of the afternoon.

Post-Tour II – Eilat

Eilat, situated at the southern-most tip of Israel, is an exciting and vibrant holiday town and port. The city is home to glistening shores and desert plains, filled with a variety of hotels, restaurants, and unique attractions. Eilat is a paradise for water sports fans - diving, water skiing, parasailing and swimming with world-class facilities and world-renowned diving venues. The surrounding desert has much to offer and is filled with archaeological and historical sites. You can rent a jeep or even a camel to enjoy the hills and mountains enveloping the city.
Venture south of the city and visit the Coral Reserve with its collection of splendid tropical fish and natural reefs. Visit the Underwater Observatory with its marine museum and collection of fascinating sea animals. For a unique experience, stop by the acclaimed Dolphin Reef and learn to swim with the dolphins! Eilat's many and varied restaurants, cafes, pubs and nightclubs are sure to please. Enjoy colourful shops and open air markets along the promenade that stretches along the city's northern shoreline.

Pick up from the hotel early morning (approx 7am).
After border-formalities, drive up to the Jordanian "Desert Highway" and then to the "Rose Red City" - Petra. Enter the ancient city through the famous "Siq" - a narrow natural gorge that made the secret entrance to Petra. Visit the most famous monuments, carved in the red Sandstone and eat lunch (included) nearby, before going back to the bus. After a short city-tour in Aqaba, you will reach the Arava Border and return to Eilat.
Return late afternoon (approx 6pm).

Post-Tour IV – Jerusalem, Old City

The tour will start with a breath taking overview of Jerusalem, the Mount of Olives, the Garden of Gethsemane and the Church of All Nations.
Enter the old city through Mt. Zion, passing the Armenian Quarter to the excavated Byzantine Cardo. Continuing through the Jewish Quarter, you will proceed to the Western Wall, this two thousand year old wall, part of the encircling and supporting wall built by King Herod when the Temple Mount area was enlarged.
As you walk along the Via Dolorosa, you will join the many pilgrims who are following the Stations of the Cross ending at the Church of the Holy Sepulchre.
Lunch will be served in a typical Middle Eastern restaurant.
