Individual Booking

Individual Accommodation and Tourist Services Payment Terms      

Full payment is required by credit card or bank transfer for all accommodation and tourist services upon booking.

Any payments below US$ 150 will be required to be settled via credit card. Payments from US$ 150 and above can be payments made either by credit card or bank transfer (see further details in the "payment" section below). 

Individual Cancellation and Reductions

Refund of accommodation and other tourist services payments will be made if written notification of cancellation is received at Ortra Ltd. as follows: 

  • Cancellation of booking/nights received 60 days prior to arrival: full refund
  • Cancellation of booking/nights received 30 days prior to arrival: one night charge
  • Cancellation of booking/nights received less than 30 days prior to arrival: no refund
  • For No-Show - 100% of the full accommodation booked, will be charged

 

Group Booking (10 or more people)

Group Accommodation Payment Terms

  • 50% of total amount to confirm reservation
  • 50% of total amount by 8 March, 2014.
  • Reservation made after 8 March, 2014 - 100% of total amount to confirm reservation

Cancellation and Reductions

  • Until February 1, 2014 - Full cancellation without penalty is allowed
  • Until April 1, 2014 - Up to 25% of the rooms may be canceled without penalty, above 25% - 50% cancellation fee will apply per room
  • Until May 1, 2014 - Up to 5% of the rooms may be canceled without penalty, above 5% - 75% cancellation fee will apply per room
  • From May 2, 2014 - Every room canceled will be charged full
  • Non show - Full cancellation fee will apply per room

Changes and Modifications

Full rooming lists including names to be confirmed by 7 May, 2014. Any changes / modifications after this date to rooming lists, such as arrival and departure dates and name changes will be charged at US$ 15 per change.

Any payments below US$ 150 will be required to be settled via credit card.

Payment – Accommodation and Tourist Services

Full payment should be received before the relevant deadline. To facilitate processing, participants must clearly indicate in all remittances their name and reservation number. Either of the following means can be used for payment:

Online booking and payment by credit card are made on a secure server.

1. Credit Card

Visa, MasterCard, Diners and American Express will be accepted. 
Please complete your full credit card details on the online booking form.
Group payment: Payments with American Express and Diners are subject to a surcharge of 3%
                        Payments with Visa and MasterCard are subject to a surcharge of 2%

2. Bank Transfer 

Please use the following information for your bank transfer, in US$, made payable to Ortra Ltd. Please clearly state Reservation Number.

Please note: All costs have to be covered by the ordering customer and "free of charge for the receiver account" on all payments.
