Yoav Rothler is an economic advisor to the Fuel Choices Initiative (FCI) in the Prime Minister's Office.

In this capacity, Yoav is assessing for the FCI possible support mechanisms for the demonstration of biofuel production chains in Israel.

Prior to that, Yoav was a research fellow in the Milken Institute and an economic consultant, specializing in economic development in the areas of agriculture and environmental protection. 

Yoav holds an M.Sc.Agr. degree in Agricultural Economics from the Hebrew University.
