Sébastien is a Civil Engineer and graduate of the ESTP Paris, with a specialization in Building, "environment and spatial planning".
He is also a graduate of the University of Nice (Faculty of Science) holding a Master of Science and Technical Geosciences and Geotechnics, "Environmental Axis" and of the Joseph Fourier University of Grenoble where he obtained a professional French diploma (DUT) in Civil Engineering.
He has also obtained a Master 2 in Geopolitics and International Relations at Sciences Po Toulouse.
Sébastien Lubert first began his career as a Studies & Control Engineer, in charge of consulting and external control within Ginger LTPP in French Polynesia.
He then joined the French NGO, Atlas Logistique, as Technical Coordinator for roads rehabilitation in eastern DR Congo. Still in DR Congo, he worked as Deputy Project Manager for a Lebanese company, Tabet Construction, specialized in road rehabilitation.
Subsequently, he worked as Water and Habitat Engineer within the ICRC, in rural and urban areas in Chad and Liberia. Before joining the Prince Albert II of Monaco Foundation, he worked for the office of international cooperation within Monaco's Ministry of Foreign Affairs, as Senior Programs Officer in charge of bilateral cooperation with Haiti, East Timor, Burkina Faso, Mauritania & Ethiopia, as well as Emergency, Civil Security & HR Security.
Sébastien Lubert is currently the Financial & Development Manager for the Prince Albert II of Monaco Foundation, created in June 2006 by the Sovereign Prince of Monaco. The Foundation is focused on sustainable development and major environmental issues.
