The "Shtetl" Experience
A replica of a "shtetl" - a small Jewish town in Eastern Europe. Costumes that draw you straight into the world of ”Fiddler on the Roof“. Acrobats, singing and dancing to the tunes of Jewish "Kleizmer" soul music. The mouthwatering tastes of traditional Jewish food - delicacies that you may never have heard of but will not forget.

The Kibbutz and Pioneers Experience.
Your hotel banquet hall is transformed into an Israeli rustic setting - a donkey tethered to a wooden post and chickens strutting over carefully placed heaps of hay. Waitresses decked out in sarafans; music and dance to take you back to when the State of Israel was a land striving to become a nation - and all the delicious glory of Israel's bounteous harvest is at hand for you to enjoy.

Bedouin Evening
A camel or two sedately survey the scene, as a Bedouin in traditional dress prepares his own special blend of Middle Eastern coffee outside his goatskin-covered tent. Another is baking pita bread in an authentic oven while a third plucks the single string of his "rabiba" instrument, accompanied by his friend on a wooden flute. The sight, sounds and smell are undoubtedly those of a Bedouin encampment, and your group may very well be enjoying this heady atmosphere out of doors, after a day of fun and adventure in the desert. But this memorable event can just as easily take place in the grand ballroom of one of Israel's major hotels, transformed - tents, palm trees and sand, belly dancers anda uthentic cuisine - into a realistic replica of the actual thing.

A Melange Of Tastes
Your group arrives at the Billy Rose Sculpture Garden in Jerusalem's Israel Museum, and all the world is there. The meeting of culinary cultures from a choice of the many nations whose people have transformed modern Israel into the melting pot that it is today. Eastern European/Jewish, Moroccan, Yemenite, Ethiopian and Russian corners, each alive with its decor, music, folklore and characteristic cuisine.

A "Queen of Sheba" Evening At King Solomon's Pillars
The setting is King Solomon's Pillars just outside Eilat, at Timna Park, fabled as the site where Israel's wise and legendary monarch mined copper nearly 3000 years ago. Banners. Fireworks splitting the pure, crisp desert air. An Ethiopian honor guard replete with trumpets and complemented by proud horses and camels bedecked in regal ornaments. The fragrances of faraway perfumes and spices permeate the atmosphere.
