Arrival Airport Assistance
Special airport transfers are available on a prearranged basis. The Conference Secretariat will arrange upon request, private transfer from the airport to the selected conference hotels. Participants who book this service will be met before passport control by our representative (sign with name), and will be transferred to the selected hotel.

Get there by yourself
Taxi
Taxis are readily available at the airport. They operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for a private or shared service.
Taxis can be found right outside the Arrival Hall of the airport.
Taxi services are regulated and the Taxi companies at BGN operate under permission.
The cost of the taxi is about US$260 to Nazareth and about US $70 to Tel Aviv.

Train
The train station is located on Level S of the Landside Building, adjacent to the Arrival Hall. Traveling to Afula from the Airport will take 2.10 hours and you will need to exchange trains in Haifa Center- Hashmona stop. The cost of the train is about 45 ILS. From Afula's train station you will need a taxi to reach your hotel in Nazareth (about 15 minutes drive).
Bus
Public transportation services are located in the three-story bridge on the second floor, next to Gates 21 and 23.
Getting to Tel Aviv: Line 476 run from Ben-Gurion International Airport, Terminal 3, to the Central Bus Station in Tel Aviv from where you will need a Taxi to reach your hotel. The cost of the bus is about 10 NIS and the cost of the Taxi is about 40 NIS.
Getting to Nazareth: Line 476 run from Ben-Gurion International Airport, Terminal 3, to the Central Bus Station in Tel Aviv from where you will need to go to the 7th floor and ride bus #826 operated by "Egged".
Car Rental
The car rental companies’ counters are located on the first floor of the East Gallery in the Arrival Hall. The service operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Kindly take into your consideration parking fees in some hotels.
